Yes. De La Hoya would of won he had the length, hand speed and amateur pedigree to win the fight. Heck Floyd's dad thought he won the actual fight, I didn't I scored it 7-5 Mayweather and could even see 8-4 maybe for Floyd. But 5 years earlier, less drugs, women and age Oscar wins.
Probably Oscar, he was basically a shot fighter in 2007 and he still held his own before running out of gas in a 7-5 type fight.
Over the hill Oscar arguably deserved a draw in that fight. Oscar won almost every round where he was actually fighting. He just ran out of the gas in the last several rounds and gave away the fight. Prime Oscar would finish what he started and win by clear UD.
I really don't see it when people say Oscar was winning before he gassed. Even the rounds he "won" were close and Floyd was constantly landing the cleaner better punches. The Whittaker fights imo showed Oscar struggles with good defense fighters and prime Floyd was definitely better then that version of Whittaker. So I'll take Floyd by a more competitive but still clear decision.
