He also said he wouldn't fight Mosley, Vargas, and Mayweather.

This is an easy fight for DLH

He was at least active when fighting Mosley and Vargas.

"The Cotto Rounds" :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl Yeah ok! Mosley put that myth to rest! Cotto may have been fierce against Judah in the "Cotto Rounds", but Mosley was literally jogging after him during the "Cotto Rounds" and Cotto was doing the moonwalk :deal

Exactly. Oscar still has one of the best jabs in boxing....if he uses it.

Thats because Mosley is a hall of famer. For all the 'running' that Cotto was doing, he still managed to secure rounds 9 and 11. He gave up the 12th which he shouldnt have done ala DLH.

My point was just that he isn't the "monster" he was made out to be after Judah. He's a great fighter, but I doubt he will stop Delahoya late. Mosley did a good job of 'getting his respect', and Hoya will too. Alot is said about Oscar, but he isn't an easy fight for anyone, and if you can't either move out of the way, or eat some serious leather....he will **** you up. :deal

I have heard from a friend whose father is a sport's attorney/representative that dlh and cotto will fight in may. The guy's legit, btw, he dealt with the hatton team for this fight, mayweather for baldomir, represented steve francis. my friend said it is basically cotto getting the publicity and $, then going on to fight mayweather.

If this happens, then I'll pray that Cotto beats De La Hoya.

Otherwise, it'll probably be Mayweather-De La Hoya 2.

:rofl:rofl:rofl And that wasn't the first time either. In the Lovemore N'dou fight where he was running from N'dou do to fatigue in the last 3 rounds.

De La Hoya has a hard time against slick speedy fighters like Whitaker, and PBF.

But against champions who were Brawlers, sluggers, and punchers he is 10-0.

I have been following De Lahoya for some time now. He has become less and less willing to take risk. His hand speed has diminished and he comes in looking heavy and slow for most fights. Thats age. Apparently age has taken a toll on De Lahoya. Maybe its fame. Maybe he has lost his will.

I know one thing, I have lost my will to see another Dela Hoya fight.

The clock continues to run on DLH.

In 6 more months Cotto will be even that much better.

DLH will have to get Cotto early, otherwise Cotto's "will to win"
    will outlast Oscar's tiring problems.

If DLH wants it, it'll happen.
