De La Hoya imo. Both more proven at elite level and bigger at the weight. I suspect Zab's speed would cause his issues early though.
For the sake of the thread I'm going add my opinion based off of the time that Zab's one sided altercation or minor tantrum happened per the video you posted. ( and to be clear you only heard Zab's side. So even though Oscar is a slimy promoter I'm sure there was more to the story) With that said, I think Zab works Oscar to a unanimous decision or even Oscar quitting in the corner the way he did against Pac. At the time of Zab's tantrum Oscar had not fought in 5 years and his last fight against Pac showed he just did not have it anymore. Not to mention he was around 40 years old at the time of Zab's public tantrum. Zab on the other hand was still active, still had the dog in him so to speak and was 35 years old. As much as I would like Oscar to win, I just don't see it at this point in time.
Would have been Judah all the way. Oscar would have been the slower plodder in that fight and Judah would have chopped him to peices. It's quite good that they didn't fight. For Oscars sake. The world was never ready for a champion like Judah. Unfortunately for Judah, his world came to an end against Mayweather, and then later on Miguel Cotto, but he was one of the great ones of the last 30 years. Definitely more than Oscar would have wanted to tangle with at that time
Either Judah outboxes Oscar or Oscar lands one that makes him do a chicken dance. Thats how I see it.
I can see the comparison because neither guy won their biggest fights, but there is a huge difference in class here. I'm as big a Judah fan as you can get, but as talented as he appeared, he had many vulnerabilities and cracks would start to show the longer a fight wore on. De LA Hoya was a consumate professional, had great fundamentals, had power and a great chin. I can see Oscar absorbing Judah's best shots, but I can't say I see Zab taking Oscar's. Oscar would find a way to get to Zab, and honestly, I don't see Zab making it to the end. Honestly, it's not even close in my opinion. De LA Hoya was a step above.
