What fighter didn't? Oscar lack of physical ability was his shortcoming in 2007! Remember he was 15 years into his career and the wars were starting to show from Sturm to Hopkins. He was 75% of the guy we all knew and respected.

Oscar would have won the fight in my eyes if he continued with the jab and won any 2 of the last 4 rounds

I think i had Oscar winning 4. never had a actual score card.
Floyd seemed to take his time and wait for Oscar to tire.

I've watched that fight atleast 5 times. I score it 8-4 or 9-3 pbf.

And yet he looked absolutely brilliant against Mayorga.
Oscar was the bigger man and he still had it in him.

:huhThe Mayorga fight was a whole year earlier... A very long time in a boxer's career. And/so no, Oscar didn't have it in him anymore. I had the fight closer than most ppl over here seem to put it (it's been a long time, maybe I have to rewatch it) but one thing is for sure, a prime DLH would've clearly beaten Mayweather.

    9-3?

    That's a bit keen

I could easily give Oscar 4 rounds clear

I watched the fight a couple of times and didnt even bother to score it, PBF won so clearly in my eyes. I remember watching in a huge bar full ODLH fans who were all cheering like made when he came into the ring and after 4 rounds the whole bar was silent except for me and a couple of buddies who being just as load as they were when the fight started. It was funny as hell at the time but I really do not know how I did not get jumped

Oscar was a better boxer when he fought floyd then his Prime. I PBF beats Oscar Prime v Prime.

That's what I had it. Oscar pressured most of the rounds and was winning until about the 9th but Floyd's corner was banking everything on Oscar fading down the stretch and they were right.
