He weighed in on ep 2 of 24/7 right before a 12 round sparring to see if he could go.He was 155,2 without his shirt on.And he was 147,9 after the 12 rounds were over.....so where the hell does he get the 145 bull****?Anyway he''llmake 147 but it ain't as easy as he makes it.

12 rounds might take that much but I don't know if 12 roundsof sparring will, but that is what the scales said

    ****ing hell????????????????

I ran six miles in 49 minutes last week and lost 5 pounds. Have you any idea how many calories you burn fighting for twelve rounds, even if it is with an element of control???????

He looks lean as **** and that had to be filmed a few weeks away from the fight. He basically is already at 147. He could take a **** and make 147 right now probably.

Basically he is well prepared and ready to make weight, it wont be a problem.

When someone loses 5 pounds after a run or a sparring session, thats because of dehydration. That is how and why fighters make weight and then weigh 10-15 pound heavier 24 hours later. But that is water weight, no one is losing fat cells that quick.

Yea holyfield lost 15 pounds against Qawi when he was a cruiser, he was actually pissing blood after the fight and the doctor told him it was muscle residue. Losing 7 pounds sparring would be normal enough id say, losing water weight like that is quite easy.

So he's 24 millions before sparring and 3 millions after sparring. Damm, I think he's really going to make the weight after all. Poor Pac and Roach, now it's on to plan B.

If he was 147,9 on the video, can't you imagine he was 145 the other day? I mean the difference is little in between... taking a shower and dressing up in dry clothes also makes you lose some pounds of your sweat. BTW these gym scales always cheat, showing a bit more than reality...

The thing is: DLH will make weight, but of course he won't have a full day of training and sparring before the weigh-in, so he'll probably have to go to the sauna, but he'll make 147 comfortably.
