Hoya Looked in awesome condition. Like a man who trainned hard, cut weight and will put on about 14lbs come fight time.

Pac looked like a guy who did'nt cut much weight if any, and will probably come in about 144 or maybe even 142.

De La Hoya will KILL this midget on the night.

You will see the true weight, reach and height advantage Oscar has over the midget Pacman when they get in the ring. :patsch

Agree, the size difference will be more noticeable come Saturday night. I think DLH will only re-hydrate to about 152-158 though. Any more than that and Pac man will not even hurt him.

I've said this since the fight was announced. It's the main reason why this fight is a farce.

I just hope this doesn't end up like Joey Gamache against Gatti.

The reason i started this thread is because to some people here it obviously is'nt obvious.

They thinks Oscar is weight drainned and fragile looking, Pac is "comfortable" at the weight and looks in tremendous condition. So now they are going to buy it because they think Midgetman has a chance..

The only fighter i saw in tremendous condition was The Goldenboy.

Pac looked like a man in trouble to me.

I saw nothing at the weigh in that suggested Pacquiao has a hope in hell of winning this fight.

What I want to know is that if ODLH has been weighing 147 for the last month, how in the world is he going to add 15 pounds over night?

Please, I'm anxious to hear someone's answer.

He won't be weighing 162, but I'm pretty sure he will be 150 myself. I reckin he'll be almost a stone heavier come fight night. This is a silly fight

    By Thomas Hauser -

(Generally on fight night, he refuses to get on the "unofficial HBO scale." But Freddie Roach, who trained De La Hoya for his fight against Floyd Mayweather and has been training Pacquiao, says that De La Hoya gained 10 pounds after weighing in at 154 to face Mayweather. Roach expects a similar gain on Dec. 6; maybe more because Oscar will be drying out more to make the contract weight of 147 pounds.)

Hoya has clearly cut weight and starved himself.

Pac clearly has'nt cut weight and judging by 24/7 he's been stuffing his face.

Come fight time Hoya will have pilled on the weight where as Manny will probabaly weigh the same.

Your post does'nt make sense. A stone is 14lbs.
