    :rofl

Church St. gym is a great place to train. Eric is brutal but I know I'm not the only one laughing as he points out some hard facts to some of the guys that train there. Those boys have never been spoken to like that! lol

I've read that just because you are/were a top boxers doesn't mean you would be a coach, and this seems to be the case here. I mean things that he found so easy and likely doesn't relise why it is difficult for someone else.

I did the personal training bit for awhile. it can be rewarding when you find a trainee that has real grit but for the most part they are pu&&ies in the fighters sense. I grew bored in working with enthusiasts, while the money was decent I wanted to train a fighter. then you get the guys walking in with all of the big talk that they are bad and kick a&& in the streets and want to be a fighter in the ring, they fold and cry like babies after a week of proper training for a fighter.

i understand his frustrations. i used to do a similar bit with my people. some of the things that they would do were just hilarious and you couldn't help but trying to have fun with it instead of boiling over inside because of your true passion and respect for the art.

my pro trainer was harsh, very harsh and physically demanding to the top degree. he'd b^tch about everything, he was very loud. but he never made fun of me. he respected me as a fighter as i should have been respected. those clowns in the video are enthusiasts, many like he said lacking the coordination or athletisism that is needed for such a technical sport, he's getting by by cracking jokes. if you watch, from a trained fighters point of view, you will see how off these people are in their pursuit to learn the manly art. i understand where hes coming from completely.

well to be honest, even i had better technique than those guys after i learned the punches. It never looked so akward, im guessing those guys you'd have to train since they were kids to really even just learn to properly throw it without looking odd. Athletism is lacking for sure like he points out.
