dean martin and chris isaak ???

    i recently read that the old crooner dean martin was a former pro boxer,does anybody have any info on his record ? also i seen chris isaak one day sayin he was a former golden gloves champion,any info on his career ???:thumbsup

    I thought Dino was a heavy. Real name Dino Crochette or something thereabouts.

    There were lots of 'amateur'/'bootleg' shows back in Dean Martin's young days, the 1930s, which simply haven't been recorded or included by record-keepers. That's not to say it's not out there.
    I doubt Martin was a heavyweight. He looked big next to Sammy and Frank
    , but wasn't really. Those guys were tiny. And I've read he wore lift heels when appearing next to Jerry Lewis. He might have been 180 or 190 pounds in his gin-loaded middle age, but as a young man he was probably a welter or middleweight.

    Chris Isaak. His nose suggests he's been hit a few times.
