Yeah you know...because Chambers was so exciting. SO gutsy. Had the balls to fight. Right?

Give Arreola a real HW body and he would truly be a nightmare.

Travis Walker and Chazz Witherspoon have the bodies but not the ability nor the heart, give their bodies to Arreola, who could put it to good use. Or give Tommy Morrison's body to Arreola minus the HIV and HepC/HepB positivity.

It won't happen, Americans have gone soft. Many will tell you the best American boxers are playing other sports when in reality there are just too many fat mother****ers sitting indoors playing videogames all day.
Boxing is thriving in Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Australasia. Even Canada has surpassed the USA as a boxing nation.

While it's undisputed that the U.S. is no longer even close to being dominant at 201+, your statement is outlandish at best:

    1. Most current P4P Top 10 lists feature 5-6 American fighters.
    2. An American is either unquestionably or reasonably considered the top fighter at 140, 147, 154, 160, 168, 175, and 200.

As for the other sports (NFL, NBA) argument, I think there is some validity to it, but I don't feel like getting into it again. We would have to do some fairly involved--especially for the standards of argumentation around here--research to make the conclusions meaningful.

Banks was knocked out by Adamek, but he is looking good since then.

Klitschkos are fantastic, that's one good reason America heavyweights are losing to them. Klitschkos are the very best.

The kid in my avatar has the talent, tenaciousness, ambition, etc. He will battle with the eastern euros in a fews years. He has been beating up grown men in the gym for the past 2 and a half years and he is just 16 years old now. His trainer recently brought in Bruce Seldon for sparring as there few fighters in the state of NJ who can even spar with this kid. Name is Bobby McCarthy from Forked River, NJ via Brooklyn, NY.
