    It is a good one. WIlder made excuses in the first fight with his arm didn't he? Now he needed another excuse. Once a guy makes excuses it seems like a trend.

    A 273 lbs behemoth punching you really hard upside the head is too heavy and definitely messes with your legs.

    Just looking on the mask wearing from a sports physiology perspective, i do not know many athletes who would wear a device only moments before competing that in any way restricted their getting good lungs full of air, that mask would at best mean Wilder was rebreathing some expired breath, not suggesting that in any way affected this fight, but at elite level every positive you enhance and every negative you avoid.

    If you watch when mask removed, Wilder as he has done in previous fights appears to make exaggerated jaw movements, possibly as if mask had been restricting his jaw?

    Once the mask was removed in this fight Wilder was rubbing his eyes, query whether the red LED lights had effect on his eyes.

    Merely observations i noted, but as said not suggesting any of these had effect upon the fight.
