Margarito got destroyed.

 

damn, i still feel the screen is shaking whenever that right hand hits.

also, is it me? or did margarito got lifted off his feet after the right uppercut in the 8th round.

To the last punch mosley landed, he's like "you still alive? eat this!!!!"

PS: im not bashing tony. i admire him in fact, when the corner wanted to stop him after the 8th round but he said, it's better to be KO'D than to quit.

It looks like Margarito threw a right hand but ended up off balance and ended up in the southpaw stance . he then just kinda hopped back to the conventional stance . unfortunately he was not set and edned up blasted with a straight left hand from Moelsy's southpaw stance:huh

Me and a friend actually had this discussion the other day. We originally were checking to see if Shane's uppercut connected or not (which it did, right under Margarito's nose) so we replayed the sequence in slow motion. Then we both were like damn...did that grazing shot lift Tony off the canvas? We soon realized it was Margarito's balance and positioning that gave it that effect.

 

I think I know the girl in your avatar....is her name " Chiquita " ?

 

What was Cotto's opinion of the fight? That would be interesting.

 

Highly impressive. Too bad this guy doesn't do more work.
