Worse thing about eddie you would think with all his milying off the PPV's you would think he would be able to sign homegrown talent that's not English eg Taylor, a selby,Mccarthy, barnes, quigley etc instrad he signs useless English based fighters like cheeseman and chamberlain and masscarades them as top prospects

For same reason the show sold out in hours people will pay for PPV hoping to see an explosive knockout from Joshua. They won't be tuning in hoping for a points victory for anyone

They will be interested in Eubank junior and looking forward to an interview with Chris senior

And they might be a bit interested in Luke Campbell

95 per cent who buy pay per view though will be all about a Joshua knockout. Many won't even watch the other fights.

5 per cent or less will be hoping for an array of 50/50 fights

That's just the way it is

So it appears that all the sourpusses in this thread have proven wrong.
Last night was the best Sky card I've seen this year.
    Campbell got outworked by Mendy.
I personally didn't like Bellew vs Masternak but it was a 50/50 fight.
That Barroso guy was in my view the surprise of the evening. Mitchell is done.
And in the last 2 fights of the evening we saw the favourites in trouble and come out on top.

I was entertained last night by a lot of good fights and I think Hearn deserves some credit for these matchups, because the card was good.

The type of mugs like yourself is what Eddie Craves :patsch

The card was a pongfest but the two final fights very good. Paula, Chisora, Toni Blew and Pluke awful fights to endure

The final 2 fights are bog standard fights that viewers should reasonably expect to see every 2 weeks on Sky Sports.

    Pay per Poo - never.

Boxing is declining in popularity in the UK due to Pay per Poo - out of sight out of mind for the general public.

    Boxnation an irrelevance these days.

Channel 5 is far better for domestic boxing than Boxnation.

No need to stick the boot into a dead duck floating.

Wish channel 5 would do more publicity and promotion of their shows. Don't think their current viewing figures are a true reflection of the appetite for boxing in terrestrial TV

Mr ****ed Off with Sky Boxing ripping people off.

This must have been the worst year for boxing that I can remember - the boxers made a fortune from PPVs in the big fights but both Pac v Money and Fury v Klit awful to say the least.

Then we have a Pay per Poo lined up for the battle of the midgets :patsch

Big Abdul informs us that Sky are losing subscribers by the week mainly due to all the football and low cost of BT Sport. The standard boxing on Sky Sports and Pay per Poo for bog standard fights will be another reason for many.

The plethora of alternative viewing technology through satellite and internet is also killing Sky.

The same sport is broadcast worldwide and when this happens you don't need a Sky subscription to watch it.

Do you not make yourself cringe typing "pay per poo" and giving boxers "funny" nicknames? It's really ****ing strange for what I'm guessing is coming from a grown man?

He is one of those grown men who still lives with his mum, with pictures of Sam Fox on his bedroom wall from 1986. Thinks he is some sort of big shot because he is an internet 'character'

Fantastic nights entertainment last night though. :good

It was a good card, I'd rather pay £16 for stacked cards than one good fight and a **** undercard.
