    Heavy: Lennox Lewis.
light heavy: Choynski. Jones is the greater fighter and beats more head to head, but choynski is fast enough and clever enough to catch him clean (even though i know noone did in the their prime) and when he does, like he did with Jack Johnson, JOnes goes down, and doesnt get back up.

Middleweight: Bob Fitzsimmons. Great fight, and if Hopkins has as good a chance as any middleweight who ever lived against Fitz, but at the day, Fitz is faster and stronger, every bit as cagey, probably more so and Generally has Hopkins covered.

Welterweight: This is a very good fight, although i do think that the non pareil has the better legacy. Jack showed with several fights that he could grind out the win, but against Trinidad, i think that he will be fighting a bigger puncher than anything he has fought (except Fitzsimmons), and i dont think Dempsey has the power to knockout Trinidad or worry him like say hopkins. The only real time Dempsey was KOd was with the legendary pivot blow (later outlawed) so i dont think that really has much relevance. There is definitely nothing in this fight, i am going to go with Dempsey on points, mostly because i have been convinced by Gpaters excellent reasoning.

Lightweight: It is tough to go against a fighter who has retired as undefeated champion, but i do think that Pernell seemed to be faster and have better defence. I think i have to go with him, even though McAulliffe passed every test in his time. If Pernell were a challenger in McAuliffes time, i could definitely see the fight ending in No Decission, but Pernell getting the call by Newspapers. Whittaker by UD.

Featherweight: Dixon. It is hard to improve on the comment given by GPater. I just dont think that Hamed will be good enough to pull out a win.

Bantamweight: Barry. I dont see what any banamweight form the 1990s has done to compare with the undefeated legacy of Jimmy Barry. I am making a legacy call, but i dont think that any of the 90s challengers have been as dominant as jimmy barry was in his time.

...I will continue when i get time

Its the case of Jones being flat out better than Choynski for me.

    Thanks

You could definitely be right. And Choynski, i think, is a little overrated. But, Choynski did hit at a first class level, as most of the testimonies say. I think that Jones would dominate the fight, but I think that at some time Choynski, unlike most Jones victims from his prime. will faint him, and catch him and at least test his chin. Whether this is enough for him to beat Jones is speculation, but i think his old age knockouts and lack of chin testing from his prime provide enough evidence that Choynski might just catch him. Choynski could hit real hard, and if he did in fact drop Jones Jr, it certainly wouldnt be the toughest or even the classiest chin that Choynski has caught, imo. If we assume that Choynski does catch Jones Jr once, like he caught Fitz, for example, do you really see Jones getting up and coming back to win? I dont think i do.
