Going through my KO MAGAZINE an article stood out : TV's Best Action Fighters.
KO stated Ray Leonard wasn't considered. He's accused of denying fans by constantly fighting on this new entity called closed circuit. Demand $$$

(Hence why PPV is a MURDERER. Killing the fanbase...imo.)

They Intentionally left out Haglar, Mancini, Gomez....why? Lmao!
Cause they were accused of fighting soft opposition leading to lopsided wins.

Ring magazine 1982 said WBA: shitty ranked fighters.
KO magazine refused to rank the Cruiser.weight division. They state why rank a division whose champ is Ossie Ocasio?!?!

Letter to the WBC & WBA: " Give us a division with legitimate contenders and we'll consider ranking them" <<<<-------(for those who poopoo on today's rankings.

    Different era, same complaints.

The Boxing Mags stated the truth back then.

What an amazing amount of talent all holding titles at the same time. The fact that Bazooka Limon is probably the second worst of those champions shows just how insanely high the level of talent was.

That should be the rule of thumb.
Some of the divisions are full of mediocre fighters, and the cause of it is too many divisions.

The other option is to rank a top 5 or a top 3 in the weak divisions, not a top 10 or top 20.
