The way I see it is that world class prospects, top rated world class fighters, and some fringe contenders are all eligible. Particularly if those fringe contenders were touted prospects.

Guys like Harrison or Litzau belong under those criteria. And besides, they have two of the worst chins in the game, outside of utter stiffs!

After reading your comments rico you constantly refer to khan being knocked down by some1 who has 5kos in 30 but Salita was knocked down by twice by some1 with 2kos in 27 fights so by your reasoning he is worse than khan. As you said khan has no power so to be put on ***** street with an overhand right from Khan then you gotta say Salita ranks higher than Khan.

You're delusional. I frankly find it amazing that ANYONE would consider this a quickie stoppage. I'm one who thinks refs tend to stop fights WAY too quickly, but Khan was as knocked out as it gets.
