If Fury fights AJ In December... He will end devastate AJ.

3 losses In a row from AJ If he fights Fury. 4 If Its a 2 fight deal.
I think AJ should sort out his mental struggles then come back when he Is In the right frame of mind. Although, I'm sure he will see the £££ signs and take It anyway.

I'm not disrespecting the man, I'm just openly suggesting that there are better ways forward.

Personally I think it's the best possible route for AJ. Why risk taking another L when you can still get a big money fight like this made? Not saying he will lose against some stay busy type opponent, but is someone like Chisora, Demirezen, Wallin, Hunter really worth the risk? None of those matches are a sure thing wins, especially with AJ's fragile mindset. So... strike while the iron is hot, don't put this off any longer, otherwise when they finally make it, it'll be about as relevant as Brook vs. Khan. Because there's no guarantees that Fury will keep his 0 very much longer. Also this is a winnable match for AJ. Not saying he would win it, but if Wilder can drop Fury, AJ who is more technically skilled certainly can, and has the know how to follow up. So I say it's worth the gamble.

AJ is fine, people on here have no clue what they are talking about, as never even have a sparring match. Obviously you are going to be emotional, even over that after a bad lose. That doesn't mean you are mentally shot. People were saying same stuffs after AJ loss to Ruiz, and he schooled him 12-0.
AJ wasn't KOed, and it's constantly improvoving. No reason to be mentally shot. And he is no Wider, he goes back in the gym straight away. With few good training and his confidence is going to be fine.
He already accepted the fight. Let's see if Fury was being serious or going to duck AJ again.

I like it as a fight fan, but what does he do even if he wins? Fight Usyk again?

I guess the plan would have to be fighting Wilder (or standing pat) while Fury fights Usyk and then they rematch? But AJ's handlers have to know that if he beats Fury he won't fight anyone but Usyk and there go the belts.

All these guys made a lot of money. The only fights that bring them to a new level of wealth would be AJ vs Fury or AJ vs Wilder for undisputed.

I love to see it but I'm not sure why you risk those fights for the AJ vs Fury for a partial title matchup you could have made at any point in the last 7 years (that Fury was active).

I suspect Hearn would want to put him in with Fury now, before the 'brand' takes too much more damage and before Fury potentially loses or retires.

It's true though, that it could end AJ, but his handlers may think the book is about closed anyway and this is the biggest fight left, so might as well do it.

If I was AJ, I wouldn't be capable of thinking, so just let the people with actual brains handle everything in my career, which is what has happened so far.

As for the fight, I think it's risky for Fury. I was never sold on it being an easy fight for him. Everyone knows Fury has more skill, heart, stamina, IQ, chin, variety. But AJ has more power, pretty good speed and decent skill, and the cards in his favour (no small thing). Fury has to win big to win on points.

If Fury was moving and boxing like he was a few years ago, I'd be more confident of him winning as he could do a 'big man Usyk' on AJ, probably, having to get through a few hairy moments maybe. But if he's going to be more stationary and exchange more, and if his chin took some damage from Wilder (even if not), this could end badly for him. Even if he tries to move more, can he do it anymore for 12 rounds, and at the weight he likes to indulge in now? Not sure.

He probably won't get another chance at fighting Fury I'd say take it. Despite Joshua's ridiculous antics after the Usyk fight, he performed fine in that fight. I keep hearing "Joshua needs confidence builders". Hes 33 and not getting any younger, if at the age of 33 and boxing all these years his mind ain't right. Then he should look for another occupation, I still think Joshua can give Fury a good fight, and he would be getting paid handsomely for his troubles. It would also be one of Furys most dangerous opponents hes ever fought.

Theres no risk for AJ anymore. Hes got 3 losses now. A Fury fight is nothing to lose and everything to gain for him.

He will definitely accept even if happened in November. Bodybuilder threw away the belts. He and Hearn care about money. Greedy.

If Joshua fights Fury in December, after Usyk was recorded on camera as saying he flat out doesn’t want to fight Fury in December, that is a duck from Usyk, and very commendable by Joshua.

There is no two ways about it, to deny that would be total bias. And I’m saying that as someone who likes Usyk far more than Joshua.

Usyk's country Is getting battered In a war. He hasn't seen his family In months.

AJs day to day activities consist of slapping students with his cousin Benga and starting on old men In crowds. Talking to youths about how hard he had It for two weeks In Reading Jail.

Yeah, after every loss so far he has come back stronger, so I don't know where this "fragile mindset" comes from. Facing Fury would be an all to win for Joshua. Definitely the best money he can make right now and if he performs well and pushes Fury even a loss wouldn't be that bad. At least not for his image. But a win and he's right back in it. And if he looks at Fury's last fights I don't think he'll feel that that is something he can't accomplish. Quite the opposite.
