I dont mean outside the ring i mean when he fought john simpson rubbing his laces in johns cut in his head? the low blows? then to finish it off even though not derrys fault john was not only robbed of the decision but they gave an impossible scorecard!!!

 

Oh right, my mistake, sorry! I thought you were on about him personally- that's why I mentioned I can't really comment on him as a person!

 

He's always seemed 'dead' at the weight to me. perhaps this may have contributed to the recent stoppages? Not sure I can see a way back for him at the higher level but as said before still has the tools to be top of the tree domestically

 

nice article, good set of lads coming out of his gym and i do believe he will come again, also for the record hes a top lad outside the ring aswell and i personally hope he comes again!!

 

mate at the end of the day its boxing so a win is a win in my eyes , i beat john and id beat him again , am hopfully goin to be fightin sep then am hoping to get in to mandatory possision for a title , and i will be staying at featherweight , and also bomber hope ur well mate anynews on wen ur fightin . cheers derry mathews
