At the moment Demirezen, but it may change after i watch a couple fights of both Demirezen and Wallisch.
This will be battle of styles. I pick Demerizen as well. Demerizen has never been stopped or dropped as far as I know and Wallisch as well. I think Demerizen has better chin and has a better defence as well. As for workrate, you have to give edge to Demerizen who is a volume puncher who can throw a 70 punches a round without puffing out in the middle of the fight. Defence wise ,I give edge to Demerizen because he has tight guard and he doesn't stick out his chin like Wallisch do. Power wise I give edge to Wallisch, I think he hits stronger but not by much. Style wise Demerizen is more patient with his work and has plenty in the tank to suck up all the punishment and possibly end fight late, or at least win the later rounds. Prediction: I pick Demerizen by MD because of German judging. Wallisch's face will be badly bruised after this fight, you can't go unscattered without good defence.
Ali Eren Demirezen has even better amateur experience. Had more fights and had some sucess in international scene, nevermind the domestic scene.
Well in my opinion Demirezen is the better boxer and he will prove it soon. After only 8 fights, that is a great step up for him. I've never rated Wallisch high in the professionals. So far he has faced weak opposition. Either a one sided UD or a late KO for Demirezen.
Michael Wallisch had potential, but has been very poorly managed and promoted since his win over Yakup Saglam in 2011, with just one fight in 2012, one in 2015, one in 2016, and just one in 2017. A competent boxing manager keeps his up-and-coming fighters active, with at least three preferably four fights per year.
Wallisch is tough and could have been a factor in the HW division but his heart isn't completely in boxing. My moneys on the Turk, but it wouldn't come as a shock if the underrated German eeked out a close win.
