    3x20 Pushups
    3x65 crunches
    3x80 bicycle crunches
    3x50 Russian twists
    1:10 Plank
    1:10 six inches
    3x20 dumbbell shoulder press
    Yes and No neck exercises
    Note Messed around doing pullups in P.E today
    Should've been an off day but decided to get some Strength in.

    Felt in the zone and very comfortable after coming back up 5 pounds to 157lbs.
    (rounds x minutes)
    Skipped: 3x3
    Shadow box: 2x3
    Sparred two partners: 4 rounds total with 30 second rest
    Heavy Bag: 5x3
    5 sets of 10 pushups
    Mile run to cool down
    Note:Dont lean over when working on the inside (exposed solar plexus;more susceptible to uppercuts

    Gyms closed so im doing my own thing at home.
    3x23 Dumbbell shoulder press
    3x7 chin ups (i know, i know)
    3x5 pull ups
    Shadow boxing: 4x3
    Heavy Bag: 8x3
    3x10 burpees
    ...work :mad:
    I do these logs before i work out, thats why the numbers go up sometimes if i decide to do more...gotta love the edit button

    Heavy bag: 10x3
    Note:Been working on my southpaw stance and feel a lot more comfortable
    I'm a natural lefty whos always fought orthodox...figured id give southpaw a fair shot
    crunches 3x65
    plank 1:20
    six inches 1:20
    russian twists 3x75
    Neck yes and no's
    Back to the gym tomorrow!

    Getting sick felt a little tired today
    6x3 shadow boxing

    3 rounds running (no jump rope)

    6x3 heavy bag

    5-6x3 pads (cant remember how many)

    2x3 Speed bag

    2x3 Double end bag

    3x10 push ups between shadow boxing rounds

    yes and nos

    3 more rounds running (9 minutes) to cool down

    Note:Right hand feeling more fluent and strong, throw it more often with out telegraphing

    Note: Get eye level when throwing right hook to the body

    2x3 Skipping (had to take a **** during the third round :D)

    6x3 Shadow boxing

    8x3 heavy bag

    2x3 speed bag

    5-6x3 pads (cant remember)

    3x8 chin ups

    3x5 pull ups

    3x23 dumbbell shoulder press (light weight)

    neck yes and nos

    Note:coach said i was one of the 3 hardest workers in the gym...put a smile on my face hahaha :thumbsup

    rest day...school 7am-2:30pm than work 3pm-12am

    biked 5 miles back and forth to work total but thats it

    Gonna put in some work tomorrow

    Hard to do a log when i work on weekends...i work in a beach town with no access to the internet

    1-2x3 speed bag

    Ran for 10 minutes

    4x3 Hit the bag in front of a mirror with only handwraps

    Note:Watching too much paquiao lately haha...gotta stop lunging and jumping in when i throw the 1-2...Keep a solid base
