Decided to do a training log

    I try and train 5 days a week but sometimes my body just doesnt permit it...
    gonna force myself to train the next 3 days because i literally got 0 hours of sleep last night

    half today at school tomorrow gonna come home and bust my ass and get 20-25 rounds of training in

    Biked 30 miles

    20x3 push ups

    no access to boxing equipment

    heavy bag 8x3

    shoulder push ups 20x3

    chin ups 8x3

    pull ups 5x3

    Graduated high school today haha

    back to training tomorrow...fresh start this week

    3x3 skipping rope

    6x3 shadow boxing

    6x3 heavy bag

    3x3 speed bag

    3x3 pads

    3x10 push ups

    3x30 seconds...resistance bike thing (kills your legs)

    3x3 skipping

    4x3 shadow boxing

    6x3 heavy bag

    2x3 speed bag

    3x15 push ups

    felt like i was dying today at the gym (ridiculously hot in NJ)...Moving to a beach town and thus changing gyms very soon

    In the Middle of a move and gym change...got all of my papers filled out for the new gym...starting tomorrow or thursday depending if i get sleep tonight lol
