Deck of cards....Puma style

    Get a deck of cards

    Alternate between pull/chin ups and prison burpees(squat thrusts) with a jump at the end, with each flip of the card.

    Perform reps as governed by the number on the card. Feeling cowboyish? do eleven when aces appear.

    Finish deck as quickly as possible.

    The more people involved, the quicker we can start posting results and rankings.

    thats one of ross enamaits workout

    for every black card do push ups of the face value, for every red card do burpees of the face value.

    For black I do pushups for red I do squats, for face cards I do 5 burpees, for aces I do 10 burpees.

    That's as far as my punk ass can go, but improving!
