Foster is clearly in the good books with the BBBofC,otherwise he would have been disciplined and suspended at the very least.This looks worse on the Board than it does Foster-and yes-Foster should retire!

Is Foster in Hearns pocket,Froch was getting well beat.The only time in the fight Froch did anything Foster stops the fight.Back to Hearns pocket how the hell can the judges have it only one round difference.

 

Howard Foster spent the next 3 nights after the fight in hospital after taking a devastating back hander.

The IBF have basically have called it a poor decision, those commentating the fight said the same... then as he was leaving the arena to 20,000 boo's from the crowd he was getting stuff thrown at him (I was there, heard the boo's but never seen that.. just from hear say).

 

Dont forget that Foster was the ref who handled the Kieran Farrel v Anthony Corrola fight in which Farrel had a brain injury.

This might have affected his judgement.

Why should Howard regret it?
he is a very honest and honourable man and called it the way he seen it, do remember he was inches away from the action most were in there living room

 

I'm not positive but did that fight not go the distance then kieran took not well, if that were the case no blame whatsoever can be given to the ref

 

I dont think he was insinuating the ref was to blame, more that he could have questioned himself over it which lead to his tendency to end fights early now
