Wilder is looking for a big payday and I can't criticise the man for that. He knows only a contest against the division superstar will net him some real money. Wilder just isn't a draw.

I think Wilder probably does think he can beat AJ and the other heavies as well.I think his team isn't as confident as Wilder himself. They have been holding him back until this "cash out fight" .It's not a one sided fight by any means..I'd say a pick em. Wilder can't really go wrong.Loose and be set up for life..Win and earn another 8 mil in a rematch.

I'm 100% certain Wilder believes he can knockout any HW out there.
I'm also 100% certain Joshua believes he can knockout Wilder.
I'm also certain both fighters' teams are worried as ****
about the other side as confident as both fighters are.

Sometimes I think that boxing forums should set an age minimum of 12 years old.

Wilder just wants the check, outcome of fight is secondary, but I reckon he will be KO'd. Ortiz is mostly inferior to Joshua and was very close to doing just that.

    What?

Joshua is scared of Wilder. Joshua is so scared of Wilder that he has to have his bodyguard turn the lights on before he walks into any room, just in case Wilder is lurking there.

    Ortiz was better than Joshua.

Of course Wilder wants a paycheck, in the heavyweight division, everyone wants that Joshua paycheck. Doesn't mean Wilder doesn't think he cant knock him out. This fight wouldn't last more than 3 rounds. Either Wilder gets that right hand in early, or Joshua gets him out of there. No way can Wilder sit back and hope to catch Joshua coming in like his previous opponents, Joshua is too big and too good to keep him on the outside hoping for a counter and will just throw that great 1-2 straight down the pipeline. Wilder has to get in there and catch him early, punch resistance wise, he's too skinny to last very long vs Joshua.

Joshua is too skilled for Wilder, he will knock Wilder out! Ortiz is 59 years old according to his cousin who lives in Cuba and several others................yet and 59 year old Ortiz almost knocked Wilder out and would have if not for Haymon's referee giving his extra time to recover!

He seems to have confidence to be honest. Both do. They are young fighters, and confidence is always there..
