Deep Down you all know Floyd was going to win, as much as you want Pac to win

    Floyd is just too good

he is a like a much better version of JMM

    and Pac struggled with JMM

the result will be floyd winning by KO or UD...

i think everyone knows this deep down.

so lets imagine its already happened cause this is the case

Hey, I think it deep down.

But thanks to Floyd, I now can't prove it.

Pac is a much better version of Zab Judah and Zab took 4 rounds off Floyd. So he would beat Floyd right?

This is horrible logic. JMM was all wrong for Floyd and he matched up well against Pac. Plus Pacquiao is a bigger, better fighter now than he was then.

I had it as a 50-50 fight, but recent events have changed my mind. Given Mayweather's terror at facing Pacquiao and his regular slow starts, this one ends via a KO win for Pacquiao in one round, two at the most.

    soo ****ing dumb....

and JMM and PBF are nothing alike, and if you have ever actually boxed than you would know this...

PBF is a potshotting, defensive minded fighter..using single punch counters most of the time ..

JMM is an offensive minded counterpuncher, using 3 to 4 punch combinations as counters...

But when I see you say things like "PBF is the better version of JMM, Pac struggled with JMM , There for PBF beats pac ," It just goes to show what little you actually know about boxing

I seem to recall JMM trading punches... Not something floyd does.
His punch output is too low, he's not as active as Manny.
Floyd probably would win, but we might never know now.

:good .. someone with a brain in this thread! Good start... most threads are full of dumbasses who have never boxed or even been in a gym.. yet they claim to know Pac is on roids and that he is ducking PBF... :patsch

McManama all im saying is JMM and PBF they are both intelligent fighters

didnt say they were "Exactly" same style....

    there are simularities

Floyd is also a counterpuncher, uses the straight right..

PBF has never been compared to JMM before. That is the dumbest comparison ever.

Im starting to lean on PAC with this fight. PAC can win a decision by sheer agressiveness and output. Unless MAy can show he can hurt PAC with his punches, I really think PAc walks thru them. MAy also has a good jab but not as good and stiff as Cotto. PAc has more ways to win.

Yeah that's the worry - when a fighter's behaviour starts to impact your own fight analysis. Usually I try to leave such things at the door... feelings or how a fighter is acting.

But it does seep in there every once in a while. Like the feeling someone knows just that little bit more than you do.

Although then I remember Pavlik-Hopkins; which is the firmest kick up anyone's ass.

Your logic is that since JMM gave Pacquiao problems that it translates to PBF beating Pac....

It is terrible logic and it doesn't work that way...

You realize that JMM was able to stop Pacman's onslaught primarily with Accurate, powerful, combination Counter-punching ....

PBF won't do this, he will barely be able to sit down on his punches against Pac... he will be running backward too much.

I envision it going this way too.... PBF better hope he can hurt Pacman or he is going to be in trouble..

Pac's already got in Floyd's head because what Floyd saw in Manny is something so threatening that he deemed it impossible anyone be that good without cheating. If Floyd truly felt confident about his ability to win, this wouldn't even be an issue.

The biggest thing for me is I dont see the judges giving rounds to Floyd for two accurate shots against 50 of Pacs punches, whether its hitting mostly shoulder or gloves.

Another thing, with the way prefight is unfolding, Floyd wouldnt in any way unleash more than three combinations this whole fight and will be very very cautious.

Now Roach only needs to work on one thing, a tight guard at all times to eliminate that counter right.

Last thing, I just cant see PAcquaio letting us down..the man will fight his heart out for this one. Sometimes in sports, its who wants it more.
