How i can improve my defence skills:bbb? I mean special tips or drills to practice at home. I know how to build up right muscles, set up technic. I am interested in exircise for reaction, muscle reflex and so on.
I understand that it all can be learned in sparings, but i want something new. There is such thing that, when you are in the ring all technic goes somewere else:?. I would be appreciate for any advise.

Practice the different forms of defense while someone throws light punches at you, someone from a lower weightclass for example.

Best way is through sparring. I've never done defence specific drills with the exception of rolling and slipping when on the pads. But when you get more comfortable in sparring, youll get more confident and your defence just natually improves.

Sparring really is the best way as people have already said.

in shadow make sure u move after combos
    it ends up becoming habit
    tho sparrin is best
but not too many hard spars

ye always moving after u throw is the bestif you can move well u wil find you wil hav to deal with far less punches as it wil b harder for your opponent to get in a position where they feel they can throw.also after you throw always return to ypur guard.
