Anymore. But that's because Ward - Kovalev has made Stevenson irrelevant for the time being. When Kovalev was pushing for the fight a while ago it was very much a topic of discussion. All I'm saying is that the GGG nutjobs aren't the only ones who have a problem with how the lineal system works.

lineal title is BS. that's because every belt is vacated from time to time, so no boxer is really linked to the greats of the past. eg Canelo's "lineal" title started with Agostino Cardamone and Julian Jackson fighting for vacant wbc mw title.

 

I just mentioned that in completely different words in another thread. But the message is the same... every title has something paper behind it nowadays so nothing pure about lineal anymore.
