Yeah exactly, its like getting knocked down wakes him up and he switches to a higher gear. The way he can setup a combination with a jab, right hand, left hook, left uppercut, right upper and another left hook its just .... you have to go back to the great Ricardo Lopez to see that kind of fluency. Considering his age we wont be able to enjoy him much longer, but goddamn he looked like a monster vs Pac the last time around. I hope we get a few more years of him. *edit Also his ability to punch while someone else is punching is such a rare art nowadays. I know h2h Floyd is better but he still blocks/dodges before he counters, JMM can fight in the pocket and throw while someone like Pac is punching him its just great to watch.
He's a bad ass mexican, who should be bigger in Mexico than he is. One of my favorite fighters without a doubt.
Potentially but it would be only due to the age JMM is, being 39. He isn't fit to lace JMM's boots in reality.
He's a HOF/ATG alright but no, he's not 3-0 vs Pac. He's the most competitive of all Pac's opponents and arguably had won at least one of their three fights. JMM is a terrific fighter with great resiliency and an unbelievable recovery. I think nobody's knocking him out, not even Pac until he's fifty!
he will finally get his victory over pacquiao this year, officially anyway in my mind him and pac are 1W-1L-1D
He's getting more comfortable and more comfortable with each matchup, and with Manny rapidly fading before our eyes, I have a feeling he's gonna be put on his ass, he's due for a knockdown, I wish Manny would of left JMM alone
