8 to 10 times a week at 15? You might be in danger of overtraining which could result in you becoming ill rather than fit. Maybe ease off the gas a little. Good luck though, I admire your ethic. :good
Arreola is fit. He can go 12 rounds but he is not in supreme physical condition. The fat he carries limits his speed and power.
haha ye i just noticed i put it in the general section and put it immediately in the training one how can i delete this one?
half of the comments are trolls so ye, ive been in forums before i know how the stuff works. I might have gotten nervous your right, i put in my 110% in it so i could put a great first impression on the coach which is what i did. When i breathe i have a small shout with it which somehow helps me get out a solid punch and keep rhythm , Rhythm is everything in boxing. Every move you make starts with your heart, and that's in rhythm or you're in trouble. Ray Robinson
ye i do stairs to rly hard, i did alot of research regarding anaerobic training and planning to work hard on that to. Im a very relaxed fighter, but when it comes to prove myself i sometimes try to do better than i my body can take me.. which is a good/bad thing..
devote yourself to jumping rope, hitting the heavy bag, doing road work, and as much sparring as you can, really all you need to work on is stamina aerobic non-stop hour excercise work wonders do real work though, Frog hops, shadow box like your really fighting someone, and dont try to take a breather with the crunches like many do( you are supposed to breath while you do them though thats very important) Im just saying dont be one of the guys that your arms get tired from doing push up's so you start doing crunches that gets tiring you switch to something else etc.
You'll also have to get used to fighting in front of people, nervous energy will come up and its a bad thing but the more fights you have and as time goes by you'll get used to who you are and where you are at this stage, take nothing for granite and remember this is your path chose for yourself and by yourself take pride in it.
You just want to improve your endurance? well, running a few miles never hurts.. You can also do some running drills, where you run 200 meters with 90% of your force, then take a 3 min break and repeat about 5 times.. Just remember to warm up before during this, also running a few hundred meters with about 30-40% speed after during this drill is recomended, and then finally do extent exercises.. This is great for your explosiveness and "short stamina"
First of all, Welcome to ESB, NOOB!!! 1. can you post your daily exercise routine and how many reps? We can judge your 'fitness' (no homo, ****nerds) by the routine alone 2. how many miles do you run? 3. how much rounds do you spar? 4. combine running (not jogging), cycling and swimming on your endurance menu. 5. any kind mods who can put this thread to training forum?
