    I like Degale, I think if you judge him on his ability alone and not the attitude and MC walking to the ring with him in his sixth fight (ha ha) he's a very good prospect. It's a shame he lets himself down with quotes like this... :patsch

    DeGale has talent. Technically he is terrible. Character is atrocious. He is not the best domestically, especially if Groves beats Adamu.

    Super middle is a really strong division.

    If he thinks he is the best despite having not beaten a top 10 (by my reckoning) fighter then he is seriously kidding himself.

    hes talking like tyson fury and beating people in a similar way (ko by way of overwhelming with punches) i think when he steps up, just like fury he will find that its a lot harder than he thinks, he will struggle

    i think hes going down to SMW and will be weighing in at SMW by the time hes fighting for titles, but for sure will go up to LH, hes got the frame to carry it and much more muscular than degale for example

    Degale Groves isn't going to happen. No disrespect to the kid he's fighting next, but if Degale is already the best domestically, why's he fighting someone like him?

    Why not Kenny Anderson? That fight could be made tomorrow, two unbeaten fighters going for the belt, without the Warren / haymaker political bollocks that ensures the Groves fight doesn't happen.

    I do think Degale has real talent, and I've seen a number of his fights close up and he does have tremendous ability. But if you want to call yourself the best domestically, then stop fighting guys who are out of their depth and start proving it. Anderson, Dilks, David...those are all tough tests and those fights could be made surely
