Warrens been guarenteeing a domestic title fight for DeGale before the year is over. He is not going to put him in with Groves so it has to be the British.

Smith is a ticket seller. DeGale has the name and gold medal. He isn't going to put them in with each other as he loses big money either way. Also fights with guys like Anderson or Groves for Smith are not that big, and he could lose.

It makes sense of your warren to have Smith move on, and DeGale pick up the vacant title.

I agree for smith to move on. He needs one more fight after mcdermott to win it outright, no?

Dilks will wish he kept quiet about shouting out all the supermiddles in the country after this. Hell get bounced all over by Degale. Itll be over by the 8th I reckon.

No you need win the title and defend twice to get it outright, if you win the vacant title you need 3 defences.

Haha. Youll get good odds at the bookies there if your so confident. ;)

Ive seen plenty of Dilks fights and everytime I have failed to be even slightly impressed. He poses no kind of threat to DeGale imo. :good

It's a decent step up for Degale. He shouldn't have any problems with Dilks.

Groves went and had a fight in Vegas. He could have easially defended agaisnt Dilks at the York Hall this month in an eliminator.
