Degale-Groves - Booth's delay request rejected

If I was looking after George Groves I wouldnt want him to fight DeGale either, can completely understand if Booth doesn't fancy it right now. I reckon the fight should be left to build for a while yet, DeGale would rip Groves up right now and it might stunt his career.

 

Groves is going nowhere above British title level so he might as well take the fight now while it's still hot. there have been too many cases in the past of waiting for a fight 'to build' only for it to collapse with no one having earned a penny when one of the fighters is exposed in another fight.

In any case, Groves has been calling out DeGale for years now and it seems to me that the only man who actually wants this fight is DeGale

 

many people said that about Khan.

perhaps a change in trainer will do Groves the world of good.

This is no less than Booth deserves, names dropping fighters to earn his fighters notoriety, then pulling stunts to get out of fights.

Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it.

Im not a fan of De Gale, although I appreciate his talent, that said, I will prolly route for him just because of Adam Booth.

 

I wouldn't have been able to either.

Tell ya what, Booth is the man you want in your corner if you want to get out of a fight that many people want to see :hey
