DeGale Groves Uncut - How ****ing embarrasing is Jim Macdonell?

Whenever I have seen Booth talk about this fight I get the feeling he doesnt believe groves can win.

I think it was the De Gale v Smith fight where they spoke to booth afterwards and to me it just looked like Booth was shocked how easily De Gale won the fight and suddenly thought 'my man is in trouble'.

 

Cant believe Adam Booth was nowhere when all this was going on. He needed to have said something.

To be fair he didnt explain it right anyway, win win situation for Groves, there is one thing that will come of this weather Degale wins or lose................... He's the thickest **** to ever step in the boxing ring.. As for his trainer Jim Macdonnel well he let himself down big time... Groves war....... :bbb

 

right now degale has got inside groves head, you could tell he was forced into it and didn't really want to do it. the only way he can get into degales head now is if at the weight in tomorrow is come out and say, "when i win tomorrow, for the bet i don't want your money, i want you to retire from boxing.' if he does that mentally degale will be all over the place, he'll be fighting for his career not just money.

 

Just watched behind the ropes with degale-groves and have to say some of the stoppages both of these guys have had are very poor. The fights have been stopped way too early, the referee better not mess this one up.

Anyway, not surprised that booth has put an end to the betting crap.

Warren been a right **** at this press conference and has done everybody who bought this ppv on the back of it.

 

That's quite good idea. Although a lot of this pre fight crap don't mean ****.

Although in that behind the ropes show, they seemed to show groves having self doubt - maybe due to poor sparring sessions? As they didn't show any of groves sparring.

 

Jim McDonnell was an excellent fighter and always a gentleman in the ring, but to be honest, he's ALWAYS been a **** coach. He's a conditioner and a cheerleader, not a boxing coach. Anyone remember the shambolic cornerwork in the Klitschko v Williams fight?

**** Jim McDonnell the squirmy little ****. ever since he's been with the other **** Degale he's been acting like a right arrogant and I honestly hope Degale leaves the ring on a stretcher Saturday night.

As someone mentioned Jim Macdonell is more a conditioner coach than anything else, when a fighter gets into trouble a trainer is supposed to offer sound advice in the corner, Jim Macdonell brings out a photo of the boxers family. The fighters always looked shocked when he does it, thinking ' where did you get that from, i invite you round for dinner, you ask to use the toilet and rifle through the drawers upstairs'

 

I dislike DeGale with a passion, seriously, the guy is a *****, along with his nutjob trainer.

Go on Groves, spark the c*%$ out.
