He's a good fighter. Anyone who can beat Darren Sutherland has to be good. Anyone got a copy of their am fight?

there was a thread the other day about how cleverly is a cocky *****, but this fellow, for me is the worst sort, spouting off at every opportunity when hes only had four pro fights. i imagine from sutherlands style that he is more suited to the pros than he was amateur. looks to me degale is struggling with the change of style, if they fought now i would back sutherland.

Jesus christ TF. You should write for the Sun. That thread title is the greatest piece of spin i have seen for ages.

Anyway, I haven't seen much of DeGale, so I cannot really comment on him. What do the knowledgable Brit posters really think of him?? Has he got the ability to go all the way or not, guys?

My thoughts as well, mate. TFFP is usually quite a good poster as well so it did suprise me.

I don't know if I'm one of the 'knowledgable' posters but what I will say is that DeGale has some very good tools. I'm quite confident that he'll succeed up to Euro level but it will be interesting to see how he'll react when he's hurt and put under pressure in bigger fights- after all, the guys he's fighting at the moment aren't there to really pressure him.

That said, if he chooses to ever move up to 168, I think Sutherland, Jeffries and Groves would all cause him trouble. I'm not usually one for hype, so we'll see how he does:good.

Are you being serious. You do realise he done that intentionally, and you walked right into the trap. As usual someone does. Low IQ?

To be fair he did not say Floyd was scared to spar him rather that unfortunately he was deemed to big to spar with Floyd. Marquez is a smaller man so in respect for preparation for this fight sparring DeGale does not make sense.
