Ok im not trying to hype up Degale cos in all honesty I cant stand him but do you see a possible matchup between him and Ward sometime in the future?

Wards tied up with the super six till 2011 and degale would have had 15-20 fights under his belt by then if he keeps busy so say 2012 these two face off? Ward may have cleaned up the 168 by then if he wins the super six and beats bute and whoever the WBO champ will be by then.

Two olympic gold medalists fighting for the undisputed 168 belt just before or after the 2012 london olympics..... Do you need anymore hype for the fight?

depends if DeGale recovers mentally after George Groves mutilates him.

No point talking about this fight now. Ward would outbox him badly. DeGale is sloppy as ****.

Not going to happen anytime soon, Degale has to conquer Britain first.

Imagine he will get a shot after he wins tonight.

Think Groves will beat him though.

Agree with above. Too early to thinking about a match up against Ward. It would be 2 years down the line, and thats if DeGale hasn't been already been beaten by a lesser player.

Warren won't put Degale in a test like this for many, many, many years yet. At least 30 more D level fighters need a wooping yet.

Degale would need to be carrying a machine gun to make this fight competitive.

He's going nowhere if he doesn't shape up soon.

Groves is over-rated as well, though perhaps not as much. Degale has more talent IMO, even if he is wasting it.

Honestly believe DeGale will get better as he progresses against tougher opposition. I do think he's scared of Groves though....
