Who wins? Should they be kept apart a bit longer? And it should be noted that DeGale is making a fuss of Groves turning down his reported £65,000 offer to fight him - but forgets that Groves offered him £85,000 to fight on the undercard of Haye vs Ruiz
Groves wins. DeGale is all mouth and wants no part of him really - I bet he's gutted that they might soon be mandatory opponents...
I cant see anything other than a DeGale win. As much as I cant stand him I have to admit he is a very good fighter.
Tough one. I'll need to see how DeGale does against Smith first, as Groves has been in with the more challenging fighters. I just see a horrible style with Groves, trying to model it too much on Haye when he doesn't have the reflexes, speed or power to fight that way. He's got ability, just needs to refine his style IMO. The longer this fight takes to get made the more I lean towards Groves, as he'll have more time to learn and improve his style. If they fight now I say DeGale
