    100% :good

Smith would get absolutly mullered by Anderson too! I would love to watch that fight just to shut the ****ing Degale nuthuggers up. Degale will go far because he has fwank behind him. But as soon as he steps up he will lose again. He doesnt have the ability to adapt or change a fight with his power, and that poor version of a mayweather shoulder roll wont carry him thru a fight against a Froch/Kessler/Dirrell/Ward who he will competing against if he makes it. He needs to sit on his punches more and learn to set his work up i.e cutting corners off and pressuring fight whilst walking forward.

I think the Anderson fight made Groves, he needed that fight to relise he cant just blow oppnents away. After that he knew he needed to learn about composure, when to hit when not to hit, keeping your temperament right when being hit and not getting into a slug fest.. I think they learnt alot from that fight combined it with a quality game plan by Adam Booth and had Degale beat, lets not foget the quality sparing with the most skilled supermiddle weight Dirrel = James degale defeat... :think

    Exactly mate :deal

This is exactly the reason why a fighter should go in with a live opponent whilst they are green and young. Groves nearly lost his fight against anderson and trained after to improve his defense and pick his shots more, result = win against degale!

Even if a fighter loses they can come again as losses make fighters go back to the drawing board and develop on their weaknesses in order to improve ala amir khan and his defense.

Just wish Sky and Fwank would realise this and give us more of these domestic dust ups! as opposed to feeding fighters tripe and then they get schooled further down the road because they didn't have the ability to adapt or come through a tough fight alal kevin mitchell against katsidis...

Yeah definately Kevin Mitchell is a good example of this and how not to act outside the ring, i.e growing cannabis farms and not being 100% dedicated in training.... How do you see the Murray and mitchell fight panning out.

I think Murray-Mitchell depends largely on how much Mitchell is still interested and motivated by boxing. On top form Mitchell would win IMHO but I'm not sure he's going to be mentally "there" for this fight.

Who would you put DeGale in with next?

Obviously it's not going to be anyone too great if he's back out in July...... but it'll definitely be interesting to see how the next six months pan out, having not just been beaten but shown up in the process.

Mitchell wins opening rounds with nice and tidy work and keeps moving around the ring, Murray plods on tho and keeps coming forward relatively undetered. Murray stops him 6-8 rounds imho. Mitchell is a good fighter at sfw, but at lightweight he is simply to small and lacks power.

I heard his missus is loose legged mate and cheated on him hence his head was messed up and lack of dedication in the gym. The cannabis growing was a money earner as he thought Fwank was gonna cash in on him (which he is doing against murray in july) and needed a cash flow till then Crazy logic really but wouldnt expect anything else from someone as 'intelligent as mitchell', apparently he dabbled with the columbian (cut and pressed by way of brixton) marching powder also? He really is in the **** after this fight cos he will no doubt do some time behind bars.

Exactly my thoughts, see my last post!
A)he is going to jail, and this purse will hopefully sort him out when he comes out.
B)he is fighting europes best lightweight in a division over his ideal weight.

Honestly, I would put him in there with someone like Banbula and the Jefferies. After that once his rep and confidence is back i would get him in america sparing with some top prospects and champs similar to what groves has done. I reckon Manny Steward would be a top choice of trainer :think

I think Allegedly will do whatever he can to keep him here.

Khan definitely had his head turned when he went to work with Roach, plus Steward is very much his own man and won't want to be pushed around by Franky.

By meaning Steward i meant leaving Fwank and joining GBP or summat. If he stays with Fwank he will become WBO and nothing more than a title holder i.e. ricky burns. Another Fwank W-Arren fighter who hold a title to ransom! It comes to summat when you cant even type his ****ing name! yet you can type anyone else's wo it just shows you peopler have become savvy about him and his ways. Khan would be fighting bums now had he still be fighting for Fwank. Instead we are looking at Bradley or Judah!!!

Degale can come again but only if he sorts his **** out and makes a dratic change in promoter, he can stay and possibly become champ but if he truly wants to make it he must switch not only trainer but promoter too...
