Absolute no threat whatsoever to DeGale.
Truax is a middleweight and old.
This isn't even good for a tune up fight.

Hearn said a while ago he is not going to pay big money for easy fights and I don't blame him especially when fighters are not commuted to you. Frank said he would have HIS out in December, was meant go be in uk then it's announced Only way he could fight pre Xmas was if it was away from home. DeGale and Selby obviously got his date. Frank would have sold more tickets for Saunders v Lemeiux than the other two free agents fighting gimmess

    Who?

I've barely even heard of this guy

Degale is one of the most overrated fighters we have, wouldn't surprise me if he struggles with this bum.

Hideous crap match, if James doesn't blast this loser out in a round, he should be ashamed of himself.

Not really, Degale has never been a ticket seller in his entire career. I doubt frank booked him thinking this would change. As long as they fill the arena sufficiently with the people who have bought plus the free giveaways/competition winners to make it look good for tv then its job done- it’s pretty much all about the TV figures for frank

Half decent card before Christmas for me. Degale in a comeback fight. Selby on...with yarde and Dubois in slight step ups. By no means a thriller but should be a half decent night of boxing.

It holds 7500. Not exactly a big ask to sell it out.

i reckon this is a decent fight....It is not like a Matchroom 'tune up 1/100' fight

I think Chunky will win but know he has been in a fight after a year off

Truax is pretty pants in all honesty. I mean, it's a comeback fight after injury so I'm not raging but it's still not great. The Selby fight is a better one

Have to give Frampton/Selby/DeGale a pass for this round of fights.

There are absolutely no excuses for their next fights after this to be big names, none what so ever.
