I actually bet on Groves before there last fight but the decision was close and DeGale was the better sturdier fighter he just didnt get the tactics right. As a pro DeGale has alot more potential than Groves he wobbled his rival on several occasions and looked alot physically stronger. Dare I say it he reminded me a touch of Eubank in that he seems to be able to break an opponent down even though he left it to late with Groves. If they fight again DeGale KO, he needs to work on his PR skills but great physical potential he has a new age boxing physique (big core, relatively skinny arms and hight). 2 years from now DeGale will be best super middle in world if Ward moves up after his upcoming victory over Froch.
he still lost that fight, it was a close very even fight and the decision went against him. He needs to get rid of all those yes-men that keep telling him how great he is or he will be in for a brutal awakening when he faces a guy at toplevel. he needs to get a trainer like steward and get his act together otherwise he will never accomplish anything. I personally consider him a total dick and dont mind to see him get ko'd .
