Thought he won a close but competitive fight, watched it again this morning on Sky replay and was tighter than I remembered 7-4 was my card. He was blowing out his ass after 8 though, his stamina on par with Groves
I don't think he is overrated I would pick him over and SMW in the world right now. Although the SMW division is weaker now than it's been in years TBF If he could box like he can in spells for 12 rounds he would be elite, I think his conditioning is appalling though, if you re watch the fight look at the clip of him on his stoll end of the 8th he's gasping for air and begging for more water.
He won by 3 rounds for me continues to show flashes of real class but switches off giving away rounds he doesn't need to something he has done all his career.
