To be honest, it´s a huge upset, regardless of Hlathswayo´s latest struggles at 147. Zavec is big in Slovenia, but for most of his career he was fighting in "bingo halls" in Germany as the 3rd undercard fight in front of 800 people. Nobody thought he was more than a Euro level type talent. Really happy for him though. He´ll have hard time to hang onto that belt, but whatever I´m sure he´s a national hero in Slovenia today and forever, so party...

Zavec won the fight in Poland. Now Jackwhateverhisnameis, will have to fight on Zavec´s terms in Germany or Slovenia.

    Jackiewicz gonna kill him. :bbb

Jackiewicz fought very even fight him when he was weight drained, out of shape and mentally crushed. Imagine what he will do to him in top shape.

I dont know who either of those fighters are, nor have I ever seen them fight.

When was the IBF 147 title actually worth something? I cant recall its lineage at the moment. . .

Anyone have video of Zaveck? Hllatshwayo is has never been knocked out before. Im hearing that he got beaten down for three rounds

Did anyone here watch the fight?

  9. Isaac was chinny though. Holt had him down three times in their fight. He was a blown up welterweight to be sure.

147 suited Isaac. He would gain massive amounts of weight overnight

Holt knocked Bradley down twice though, didn't he? He's a great power puncher so just because he knocked down Isaac three times doesn't mean Isaac is chinny.

It looked like some of the shots were rabbit punches. From this vantage point though, I can't tell.

Ike isnt chinny at all. I spoke to Manny Fernandes (Isaac's trainer) after the fight and he is tawkin bout Ike recovering from a bout of flu...Bad excuse in my opinion, cos now he lost his belt and a chance at a big time fight Stateside.

Also Ikes out of gym shananigans couldnt have helped.
Oh well nt a good end of yr for our IBF champs here in SA!!!

Nah, watch the video AndyZOR posted. It was a great shot. Chopping right hook over the top of Isaac's jab that he just never saw coming, nailed him right on the temple.
