If De Jesus can avoid Rosario's bad fists,he can possibly beat him to the punch and win a neat decision.
I liked Rosario early in his career, but he never lived up to that early sub-135 potential he showed as a prospect, roboticised quickly and went too far into a one-dimensional stalking puncher approach. A very dangerous fighter, but not a particularly well-rounded one. His durability was also nothing too special (Howard Davis managed to rock him ffs), definitely not something that would stand up over 12-15 well against the Dejesus left-hook. Esteban wasn't a large or physically powerful lightweight, which might give him occasional issues early on that a sturdier guy like Chavez didn't have, but he has the craft and skills to pick Rosario apart with his Napoles-smooth boxer-puncher style and start putting a clinic on him by the 4th/5th.
