Funnily enough Chisora has gonna better with time and if he’s fit for this fight and gives it his all he will win without a doubt.
I dont see it. Nor that he has improved with time wuite the contrary. His stamina is as questionable as ever,his punch resistsnce has declined and his balance is shot.
I picked Chisora the first time they fought thinking Pulev didn't have the power and movement to keep Chisora off him but hadn't factored in Pulev's clinching tactics to stifle Chisora's aggression. Unless Chisora has found an answer for that I can't see how Chisora wins, especially as Chisora has put many more miles on the clock since the first fight. He might have some success early but in the end Pulev is simply the better fighter. I hope I'm wrong but I can't see anything but another Pulev UD.
Eh younger Pulev deals with him 9 times out of 10. Just because Chisora's had a good 2nd wind in his career doesn't mean he can overcome the skill difference, Depends how Pulev can use his feet, if he's a static mess then Chisora might work him. When is the last time Pulev KO'd someone with a pulse? He's always been a good boxer, he has to outbox Chisora Interesting bout to say the least, if either one can win fairly well then there are lots of up and comers who I'd like to see against them. I do forsee Chisora winning though, closes that distance a little quicker and wings a bit overhand right that land on the chinium of Pulev who fights with a low lead. Not a fight to miss.;
Chisora’s just here for the payday at this point. Unless Pulev has got completely shot overnight he’ll deal with Chisora with ease. Chisora is as one-dimensional a fighter as you can get. No backup plan, no variation in tactics, no other ideas. Pulev is clearly the more skilled out of the two
I don't think there's been much variance in Chisora's level over the course of his career. The older Chisora seems to hit harder and is craftier but the younger Chisora was more athletic and durable. After Chisora was unlucky not to get the nod against Whyte a narrative emerged that he was having an Indian summer in his career, despite that performance coming smack bang in between the Pulev and Kabayel losses. As one of AJ's best wins and someone who took him to war on little experience, Whyte was expected to beat "British level journeyman" Chisora easily, so when many thought that Whyte lost, Chisora was suddenly elevated to "world level". But it was more or less the same Chisora who pushed Vitali and who almost everyone thought should have got the decision over Helenius. Chisora still looked his old self in Parker 1 but by Parker 2 he'd clearly fallen off badly. He absorbed a 12 round beating from Parker on both occasions (especially the second) and is even older now, after a long career of blocking punches with his face. Pulev is older but he has been the far superior boxer defensively and recently handled Jerry Forrest comfortably over 10, coming off substantial inactivity. So Pulev is rightly a more than 1/2 favourite against a probably shot Chisora.
Relatively speaking yes. Neither them or Chisora are top 10 fighters.Depends on what you compare them with. He still has his reflexes and reactions and jab and also seems to have a better right hand. Forrest fight was only relevant to that as he s a southpaw spoiler-completely different to Chisora. Who has been looking worse and worse culminating with a really poor performance vs Parker.
Forrest's record says what he is, I don't think he really has 1 impressive win. Loses to Gerald Washington by ko and UD losses to Takkam Michael Hunter and an old Pulev He did manage a draw with the chinaman Zhang after being on the canvas like shoe leather and a draw with Hunter in a rematch But all in all he was never on Pulev's level when Pulev was at his best.
Yes,a journeyman whom he beat 8-2 ish. And Chisora’s record says what he is-another journeyman. Difference is Forrest seems to have more life in him at this point. The idea wasnt what Forrest had but what did Pulev have. Honestly speaking Chisora cant win this fight.
