I agree to some point, Hattons foot speed made it a very uncomfortable fight for Floyd. It wasnt easy and the score cards were very harsh.

At this stage in Cotto's Career Cotto's foot speed just isnt there and he will be pounded upon like Gatti.

Ricky Hatton was not in the fight. Putting a lot of pressure on a guy does not win rounds, landing clean punches does which is something Hatton could not do, but Floyd could. Hatton was dominated, which is why he began to fade late in the fight an got knocked out.

Ricky was running into punches this is why he got knocked out. I wouldnt say he faded as this would mean he was getting pushed backwards which apart from the 8th never happend.

HBO had two rounds in the fight going into the 10th including the point deduction. Judging on that fight was too wide.

HBO had Castillo winning by 4 points vs Floyd. Scoring that fight for either fighter is ******ed.

Cotto's left hook looks all wobbly and unstiff. I don't remember it looking like that before

No he didn't. That's big myth that you and Mayweather fans try and say. Oscar stopped throwing the jab and it's not the first time Oscar has abandoned a gameplan. You should just be happy Oscar couldn't pull the trigger anymore and forgets what's working in fights(like he's always done when he's loss big fights even in his prime) or Mayweather would of loss, like he did to Jose Luis Castillo the first time.

Yes, he did. Oncew mayweather timed it every time he threw it, it was countered.

Oscar barely landed throughout the whole fight, flurries caught on Mayweathers elbows and shoulders while getting right hands

the fight was difficult for Mayweather because he found it difficult to land cleanly for a lot of it, but he certainly wasn't losing a lot of rounds

What fight were you watching where Oscar conducted a Wladimir Klischko-esque master jabbing session, only abandon his best weapon for the lols before being robbed on points

Oscar was trying to go gung ho and land big shots on him in the start of round 9.(that's when he abandoned the jab) I've watched that fight many more times than you HAVE. In fact i've been constantly watching that fight leading up to this fight and Cotto will capataize on those habits that Floyd has and he won't stop throwing that jab and floyd won't be able to neutralize it because he fights too much in straight lines and Cotto doesn't get off balance(unlike Oscar did) when he's pressuring you when trying to change the angle on him. He proved that in the Quintana fight and Malinaggi fight. And here's an example of it.

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKGE6RBXAyI&feature=relmfu[/ame], start 5:00 min. mark.

One thing's for sure, Cotto won't follow Follow Floyd(unlike Oscar was doing in there fight) and he's gonna constantly give him different looks while he's pressureing and turning him, but he'll be throwing punches(consistent workrate) with a jab and timing will be the key. Floyd got good timing too, but he's never faced an opponent that also has good timing and can do more than one thing. The truth will come out when the bell rings and no ones prediction(including mines) will mean anything because that's when the moment of truth comes out.

He wasn't throwing it as much as he did the round before. And like I said, the Mayweather fight wasn't the first time he abandoned a gameplan. He would of beatin Trinidad but decided to coast(or run) himself to a victory. Oscar has always had trouble ad******g because he never stays with a solid gameplan and that was his biggest weakness.
