There's an article on the scene from a while back where he said he saw it coming in camp when his sparring partners were beating the crap out of him. Knew he was finished after the Forbes fight but didn't want to retire.

You could see how distracted Oscar was during this interview, obviously he couldn't wait for it to end, so that he could ask the female interviewer if he could try on her panties.
