Delahoya and Calzaghe are the biggest wusses in the sport!

Delahoya is a complete wuss because he avoided rematches with his toughest competion. Whitaker, Quartey and Sturm were all deserving of rematches regardless of the judges final scores. The fact that he called out Chavez after clearly beating him defines his character as a paper thin champion without having the guts to erase controversial decisions. Funny how it all came back to bite him square in the ass when he lost to Trinidad. This upcoming fight with Pacquiao is a complete joke to the sport.

Calzaghe is just as big a wuss and gets away with slappy, happy shoeshine punches without any effect. Manfredo wasn't even hurt in his fight and the ref stops it because of Calzaghe's bogus busyness? What, Joe's not scared of Pavlik anymore because Bernard Hopkins exposed him? Why not fight Pavlik now, or is Calzaghe even more chicken***t knowing that Pavlik would come into this fight twice as hungry?

Both of these guys I will admit have provided some meaningful entertainment in the sport of boxing throughout their careers and I'll give them props for that. However, both of these guys have had many opportunities to clean up the sport and provide much more excitement for the fans by signing certain contracts. They failed to so in all regards and that's why I think they're both weaker than water when it comes to being true boxing champions.

Well I agree with you on Oscar fighting an old man in Chavez, the rematch was uncalled for also, but yet he wont give the same opportunity to Margarito?

I have no doubt that Oscar wants nothing to do with Margo. That doesnt make him a bad guy. Instead of Oscar getting destroyed he is giving us a competitive fight. Fighting a smaller guy to give himself a chance. Lets take it for what it is. A competitive fight between 2 of the biggest draws.
I think its gonna be a good fight and Oscar is gonna take some punishment. I also think a close fight is better for the sport than one man getting detroyed.

Who the **** gives a **** about Manfredo? Joe Calzaghe didn't stop the fight, he would have happily carried pummeling the bum (who he was only fighting because the American viewing public are too ignorant to watch a fight involving two fighters who don't live in the USA) for the rest of the scheduled distance.

More to the point, why fight Pavlik now? Calzaghe is 37, his hands are ****ed, he already took on and vanquished his young contenders, then stepped up a weight and beat a top four P4P fighter in BHop. What does fighting an overrated young middleweight coming off a thrashing prove now? Let him retire, not everyone has to fight until they're 43.

Maybe he means that Calzaghe should have faked BHop's signature on the contract that Hopkins refused to sign in 2002? :?

At one time DLH has balls. hopkins, mosley x2, trinidad, vargas, mayorga

For Calzaghe, his abilities and greatness is being stretched beyond reason by a lot of his fans. He's good but not legendary, he's also been lucky not to have fought Hopkins and RJJ in their prime.

I'm not a fan of either, but I am looking forward to both fights. These two guys have done a lot in their careers and I'm willing to live with them fighting guys who may not be the most deserving of the fights. Both are interesting match ups and both will at least have their hands full on fight night.
