I had it a draw but I can also see a Golovkin win after rewatching it a few times. Canelo was eating shots from Golovkin that neither the crowd or commentators had any reaction to, while a good number of shots from Canelo were blocked. I can also see a Canelo win, but no ass beating occurred and the fight was very close.

Also Lennox Lewis had Golovkin winning. Crawford had Golovkin winning, and Lomachenko also had it a draw.

 

The fight was definitely close.

I have never seen Golovkin get hit do much to the body and I have never seen Golovkin so banged up to his face.
