I think Oscar is smaller than Margarito, Paul Williams, and maybe even Mosley.

 

Basically, risk/reward.

He can make a ton of money fighting smaller guys like Pacquiao, Mayweather, Hatton, and two of those are not expected to beat him. The one that is, Mayweather, is not likely to put on the type of physical damage that someone like Cotto or Margarito would.
