Maybe keyboard warrior was the collegiate sport he claims to have participated in. He should have tried debate. Drama Queen is so unbecoming. :D Somehow he thinks Pavlik pulling out of this fight because of injury gave him some kind of moral authority to spout whatever he wants and we are just supposed to bow down and accept it as gospel. Oh well. It seems to be cathartic for him.

Staph infection is a medical condition. THAT is what he was cleared of. I doubt that they even thought about flexibility because Kelly's hand was in a cast. They probably 'assumed' it would be OK in a week or so of working. I wouldn't doubt that it will take longer than they think. At least it did for me and my son when we had hand injuries. I'm in no position to know for sure about Kelly of course, but I would just wait until it is healed and THEN make plans at this point. Rushing it could lead to more problems.

hey man, i'm just going on what i've read and been told. from what i understand, "medically cleared" means he is staph free and cleared to begin training. before he was "cleared", he couldnt even break a sweat for fear of getting germs and whatnot into the wound. as far as any after affects of the surgery, etc, i guess the big one is flexibility in his hand. it just isnt there. they say two weeks or so to get it back but it wouldnt surprise me if it takes a lot longer.

again, this is aint gospel, its just what i've heard. take it for what its worth bigreg :good

by the way, the ball is flying outta the park tonight...they are right (announcers) philly is an AL offense in the NL

it doesnt take a ****ing genius to know that you shouldnt sit out if you arent healthy man.....

you have a hurt finger.... you sit out until your ready to go... thers no point in fighting less than 100% because if you lose... nobody is trying to hear those excuses...

pavlik had no business signing the contrac in the first place

new or not.... what the ****

it doesnt take some kind of revolutionary to tell someone that if your not healthy you shouldnt participate in any contact sport....

dont know what the **** pavlik and his crew were thinking... they should have just waited....

Now I'm confused. The president of Top Rank says he's not medically cleared.

"We at Top Rank are disappointed by this unexpected development in his recovery. Once Pavlik is cleared medically by Dr. Evans we will pursue all avenues with regards to a future bout. We appreciate the understanding of Paul Williams, [his promoter] Goossen Tutor, HBO and Caesars Atlantic City with regards to this unforeseen occurrence."

Either way, he needs to make sure he has everything healed up and ready to go before scheduling another fight. I was really excited for this fight. Yeah, the balls are flying out the park. Feliz normally doesn't have opposite field power. They're definately going back to the World Series. Phillies vs. Yankees should be a hell of a World Series.

i dont know what the commotion is about...

this guy clearly isnt healthy.... physically... mentally..whatever it is he just needs to sit his ass out for a minute make sure his body mind & soul are 100% in tact and then come back when he is ready....

don't know what the big deal is about... he made a dumb ass decision and now he will have to deal with the consequences....

Sounds like he needs to hire WWM and BigBone as advisors and go from there.

    Martinez from what I'm reading.

Being new to the sport means you don't know this **** happens. It does. You are just coming off like a damn drama queen. Acting like this was intentional. **** happens, and sometimes guys don't heal as quickly as they hoped. Has nothing to do with professionalism. Give it a rest with your crying...

To call a staph infection very serious is really understating it. Our D in law's Mom contracted a staph infection while in hospital for back surgery .
This terrible infection is immune to 99% of known antibiotics and tragically even after the hospital did all they could she died from it.
I wish Kelly all the luck in the world
