Guzman would have easily schooled Pac at 122-130 and Roach admitted he wanted none of that fight. THREAD CLOSED

Joan could dream to it cos he be quickly put into sleep by Pac as soon he hears the bell. But to be fair, with Guzman's less power but excellent skill, he could easily win a gold in amateur outings.

Guzman at 122 or 126 against the relatively one-dimensional left-hand-happy Pacquiao of old would have caused the Filipino a tonne of problems.

Back then he would've given the one dimensional Pac a lot of trouble, dont think he would school him though considering that he couldnt even school Barrios or Soto.

no trouble at all, pac would find him,pac has faster feet, there's no way he could run all night from pacquiao. against flatfooted soto, guzman almost died of exhaustion. against the fading Barrios, gusman almost went life and death, Pacquiao even if he was one-handed had what it takes to draw marquez and beat barrera, he had what it takes to kill guzman.

no. He would have gotten his ass worn down and knocked out by the even heavier, faster hands of the 122-126lb Pacquiao.

He probably wouldn't win a single round.

Now? Pac by brutal beating. Never thought Guzman was really that slick. Not slick enough to not get hit by Pac.

Now and when he was more one dimensional, Pac wins.

well. Barrera won what? 1 or 2 rounds? We're talking Pac that beat Barrera, against Guzman.

think about it. Guzman might steal a round or 2 off Pac, but I wouldn't bet on it. I think he just might get overwhelmed and on the defensive the entire time, unable to land his counters, eventually getting stopped.

Saying that Pacquiao would win every round off Guzman, something he did at 122 against Ledwaba and almost did at 126 against Barrera, is less far-fetched than saying that Guzman would beat Pacquiao. In fact, I think its likely.

For about three rounds, then he'd be flat on his back or running for his life. Guzman isn't, and never has been, in Pac's class as a fighter. Had Guzman faced the version of MAB that Pac fought for the first time, MAB would have ruined him as a fighter.

Hell, if Soto was a little faster on his feet he would have knocked him out.
