Shannon Briggs and James Toney should get together for a "who's the most delusional washed up fighter" marathon.
I thought that Briggs was banned after the McGee farce. He was tested possitive. How the **** he wants to fights again so soon? Wladimir KlitschKO has fought many even bigger size than Briggs. For example Thompson, Austin, McCline and in his early years Jefferson and Bostice. Briggs's size are willaimson, Nickolson, Rahman, etc. It is not the size that is Wladimir's advantage. That's is not the key to win against him. This is so wrong way to go.
Would have been nice if this fight could have been made 4-5 years ago. Now? Briggs is obviously completely broke and just like Toney is hoping he can talk himself into another payday.
But only for the part of the crowd who want a shot to **** boxer being humiliated and knocked the **** out. That counts for Pinappleman AND Toney
Though Briggs no way has earned a shot at Wlad, sizewise this would probably a much better matchup as Chambers. At least he has a punchers chance when he is coming out trying to make it a war.
